Meal Applications

For online meal applications and faster validation, click on the ROCKETSCAN icon on the left. Online applications are now supported on a smart phone – No app required. (Families must re-apply every school year – Please submit only ONE application per household and include ALL your students in the application, attach another sheet of paper or a second application for additional names). Online applications are currently available in English and Spanish. 
 
You may also submit a paper meal application (available in English, Spanish, and Chinese) at the Child Nutrition office located at 4210 Technology Drive, Fremont, CA 94538 or at the school office when they open for the new school year. You will be notified by mail of your child's status. Until you receive written notification you must provide your child(ren) with a lunch or lunch money.
